It seems fairly obvious that any job will be performed with more care, accuracy and personal investment by someone who has a true passion for that job. It's no different for your farm's bookkeeping. Even though someone may have the ability to perform that particular task, that doesn't mean they'll do it with the same accuracy and pride as would someone who truly loves that kind of high-detail work.
