The culture of an environment is identified by how things get done and how people interact with one another. What's the culture like on your farm? If you asked your employees would they tell you much more than, "Just work hard and get things done"? If not, then you might think about further defining the culture you want to portray in your operation.
A consistent, reliable and branded culture does not simply come about on its own; it must be cultivated. A leader has to create expectations and intentionally cultivate the attitudes and behaviors they'd like to see in the working environment.
