How well do you know your landlords? Do you really know what makes them tick? What kind of things do they value? What do they consider a "win" when it comes to your partnership?  If you don't know the answer to these questions, it would be advisable for you to get to know your landlord better. A great relationship with your landlord can not only help you today, but it may also potentially open new opportunities for you down the road.
