What keeps you up at night?


Lots of folks have experienced trouble getting to sleep because of anxiety around thoughts that won't stop circling around in their heads. Farmers are certainly no exception. At night we are prone to replaying some of the most anxiety-ridden parts of our day over which we had no control. A farmer might be concerned about family matters, finances, an upcoming banker meeting, the future of their operation, the condition of this year's crop—or any number of things.
